The Atmega 16 is a low power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It contains 16Kbytes of In-System self-programmable flash memory, 512 bytes of EEPROM and 1Kbytes of internal SRAM. It has 32 I/O programmable lines.
